1. Use of This Website
PremPlace is a website that publishes football statistics and related content. The information provided is for general information and entertainment purposes only. We do not offer betting advice or guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
2. Access to Paid Content
Some content on this site is available to subscribers only. Access is granted as part of a subscription with PremPlace.
When you subscribe, a user account is created for you on PremPlace.com, which is what gives you access to subscriber-only content. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.
3. Free Trial, Cancellations & Refunds
New subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial. You can cancel at any point during the trial to avoid being charged, and we encourage you to do so if you decide PremPlace isn’t for you.
After the trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the “Manage subscription” area of your account. Once cancelled, your access continues until the end of your current paid period and you will not be charged again.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You can request a full refund within 14 days of being first charged, for any reason – just contact us or use the withdrawal option in your account. This applies to all subscribers as our standard policy. EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (which runs from sign-up); our refund policy meets or exceeds that right in all cases.
To withdraw, you can either:
- Use the “Withdraw from contract” option in the Manage subscription area of your account, or
- Email us here with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, or
- Use the model withdrawal form below.
We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay and process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Use Restrictions
Subscribers may not share paid content publicly or republish any part of the statistics tables. Personal use is fine – commercial use or redistribution is not allowed.
