League games only, each player’s team’s last six.

Every player in the Premier League, Championship, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Scottish Premiership, ranked on one stat at a time. Only league games count, and the sample is each player’s team’s last six league games.

  • Stat and At least: pick a stat and a number, e.g. Shots on target, at least 2. Players are ranked by how many games they reached it, then by fewest games played (so 4/4 ranks above 4/6), then by their total, then by name.
  • Hits: games the player reached that number, out of the games he played in his team’s last six. 4/5 means he did it in 4 of the 5 games he played.
  • Tot: his total for the stat across those games.
  • Last 6: his figure in each of his team’s last six league games, oldest on the left, newest on the right. Games where he reached the number are in bold blue. – means he didn’t play that game; ? means he played but that figure wasn’t recorded for the game. Tap or hover any game to see the date, opponent, venue, result and competition.
  • Next: his team’s next game in any competition – opponent, (H) home or (A) away, the competition and the kick-off in Irish time. On a phone it sits under the player’s name.
  • OUT and DOUBT: a small red OUT or amber DOUBT means the data source has reported him as missing or doubtful for the game shown (for games in the next four days). Tap or hover it for the reason. Injury reporting is patchy, so no marker doesn’t mean a player is fit. Always check the announced line-ups.
  • Filters: narrow the table by league, position (GK, DEF, MID, FWD), games played in the last six (Min games) or the day his team plays (Day), or search for a player or team. Next 7, the default, shows only players whose team has a game in the next seven days. Day lists every team with a game that day – a team playing on Tuesday and Saturday is under both – and the Next column then shows that day’s game.

A player with 0 in every game for a stat isn’t listed for that stat. A player only appears for his current club, and only that club’s games count. Players with fewer than 4 games are shown in grey. The table shows 50 players at a time (25 on a phone) – use Show more to see the rest.

All Player Stats Explained

This page lists every player in the Premier League, Championship, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Scottish Premiership, and ranks them on one stat at a time.

Every figure comes from the player’s team’s last 6 league games. Cup and European games are not included, so every player is measured against the same kind of opposition. This is why a player’s numbers here can differ from a Champions League or cup fixture page, which uses the team’s last 6 games across all competitions.

Games that went to extra time or penalties are included, but only goals, assists and cards from the first 90 minutes (including stoppage time) count. Fouls, shots on target and saves can’t be split by minute, so those cover the whole match.

The page is updated daily – the time of the last update is shown at the top.

Pick a stat and how many you’re looking for (At least). Players are ranked by the number of games they reached it, then by fewest games played, then by their total for the stat, then by name. So 4/4 ranks above 4/6 – he did it every time he played.

  • Hits: games he reached the number, out of the games he played in his team’s last 6. So 4/5 means he did it in 4 of the 5 games he played.
  • Tot: his total for the stat across those games.
  • Last 6: his figure in each of the team’s last 6 league games, oldest on the left, newest on the right. Games where he reached the number are in bold blue. – means he didn’t play that game; ? means he played but that figure wasn’t recorded. Tap or hover any game to see the date, opponent, venue, result and competition.

A player who played all 6 at 4/6 ranks above one who played once at 1/1, so use Min games to hide small samples. Players with fewer than 4 games are shown in grey – the figures are correct, the sample is just thinner.

Next shows the team’s next game in any competition – opponent, (H) home or (A) away, the competition and the kick-off in Irish time. On a phone it sits under the player’s name.

Day defaults to Next 7, which shows only players whose team has a game in the next seven days. Pick a day to see only players whose team has a game on that day – Today, Tomorrow or a date over the next week. A team playing on Tuesday and Saturday is listed under both, and the Next column (headed Game when a day is picked) shows that day’s game.

A small red OUT or amber DOUBT next to a player’s name means the data source has reported him as missing or doubtful for the game shown beside him. Tap or hover for the reason. Markers are only shown for games in the next four days, and injury lists are usually published a day or two before kick-off, so games later in the week often have none yet. No marker doesn’t mean a player is fit – always check the announced line-ups.

  • 0 in every game: a player with 0 for a stat in all his games isn’t listed for that stat (he still appears for the others).
  • No games in the last 6: a player who hasn’t played in any of his team’s last 6 league games – for example after a long injury – isn’t listed.
  • Transfers: a player only appears for his current club, and only that club’s games count. Players who have left a club are removed from it.
  • Thin data: where the source has player data for less than a quarter of a team’s recent games for a stat, that team’s players are left out of that stat – the same games the fixture pages show as “Insufficient data”.

Goals, assists and cards are cross-checked against each match’s minute-by-minute timeline, and corrected where the match totals confirm an error.

Some games have no player-level data from the source. Where that game’s timeline and line-ups fully add up – every goal and booking matched to a player, goals matching the score and bookings matching the team’s card total – goals, assists and cards are taken from them. Shots on target, fouls and saves aren’t available for those games, so a player can show fewer games for those stats than for goals and cards.

The figures here are built by exactly the same process as the player stats on each fixture page, so a player’s numbers match his team’s league fixture page.

  • Goals, Assists, Goals or assists: goal contributions per game over the last 6.
  • Shots on target: shots that hit the target. Excludes shots off target, blocked shots, and shots that hit the woodwork.
  • Fouls committed, Fouls won, Foul involvements: Foul involvements is fouls committed + fouls won.
  • Carded: games in which the player received any card (a yellow or a red counts as 1).
  • Saves: goalkeeper saves – only goalkeepers appear here.
